STANDARD TRADING CONDITIONS (S.T.C)
Basically, we use a trading system that applies in general. For local transactions, we use the IDR exchange rate, while for international transactions we use the USD exchange rate. Payment details will be included in each invoice.

QUOTATION VALIDITY:
All offers use trading standards that generally apply and without engagement until firm conclusion / acceptance of the order. Quotations are valid until 4 weeks from the date of manufacture, unless otherwise agreed and specified in writing.

TRADING:
All trading is done on common international commercial laws. However would the latter conflict with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, the latter shall prevail unless otherwise specified and agreed.

PAYMENT:
A customer order is complete and accepted of the down payment of 50% prior to commencement of the order and is nonrefundable as every order is irrevocable. Other payments such as the payment balance, shipping and insurance charges wherever applicable, and shall be paid up prior to shipping. All shipping documents will be forwarded by the Padma Living Indonesia immediately after shipment as per customer’s instructions.

All payments shall be made net of commission and bank charges, which are under the sender’s account. All orders are not insured unless specified otherwise. It is the understanding that the buyers will cover and be responsible for insurance coverage of their orders based on door to door basis, free of all risks inclusive of wars – civil unrest, riots and commotion – strikes, etc.

Willing delays by buyers such as push back resulting in additional storage for Padma Living Indonesia are not acceptable unless previously agreed. The agreed delay shall never exceed the standard transportation time from port of loading to the port of destination.

GUARANTEE:
Due to the nature of products, all tradings & transactions carried out by Padma Living Indonesia are not guaranteed unless specified and agreed in writing. Claims must be reported within 7 days after the arrival of the goods. The replacement will be compensated during the shipment following the shipment claim only. Compensations shall never exceed the actual value invoiced. The quality and instructions of packing must be instructed by buyers and have mutual consent of Padma Living Indonesia and buyers as otherwise stable and prevailing packing conditions will apply.

CHILD LABOR
Padma Living Indonesia does not condone or support child labor in any part of its products. We don’t employ anyone below the age of 18 and it is a general understanding with our subcontractors that if child labor exists that contracts will be revoked once it still persists after our first waning.
